When can I get my EB-5 investment back after redeploying it?

If my EB-5 investement is deployed to another project, will my money be returned as long as I submit my i-829 petition, or will my investment not be given back until the five-year period of the new project is reached?

The return of your capital should be reflected in the agreements you signed with the project. If you are not sure, contact an immigration attorney to review the documents and explain them to you.

You need to review your subscription agreement to see what you specifically agreed to in order to understand the terms of the repayment.

Please read the terms of the investment; it is not necessary to have a five-year term for redeployment.
