What can I do with my EB-5 application if my CSPA request was not eligible?

I have already made a request but my Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) is not eligible since I was 23 years old. I would like to know what to do with the file?

Unfortunately, you are out of luck, as your adult child has aged-out.

You must have had an attorney check? if so, if rejected, then there is no basis.

First, make sure the CSPA calculation is done correctly; you get to deduct all the time your petition is pending, provided you take the steps to freeze within one year of visa availability.

CSPA does not concern EB-5 petition. You seem to be very confused as to the process.
