I filed my direct EB-5 I-526 RFE response. How long does USCIS take to process my direct EB-5 I 526 RFE response? Its already been 35 days since i filed my RFE response.

Immigration AttorneysA lot of times the RFE states it could be 60 days for a final determination, and even if it does not, that is the timeline I use. But USCIS also often (and by "often" I mean "almost always") ignores that timeline. But at least after that you could start inquiries.

Immigration AttorneysWhile we would hope to see a response within 90 days, there are many that are pending months, and if they want to investigate, possibly years. It seems the only thing that moves IPO is a mandamus action and they will even start fighting back on those now.
