What would be the realistic processing time for an I-526E with rural priority processing? How much more time would it take for a concurrently filed EB-5 I-485 after I-526E approval?
Unfortunately, we do not know the answer and only have current processing times listed on the USCIS website. We are seeing improvement so hopefully we will see IPO start processing in a more reasonable time.
Processing times are posted online. Search for "uscis case processing times 2023" (they change from time to time.) They will begin work on the I-485 if filed concurrently but obviously cannot complete until the I-526 is approved.
No one knows; no I-526E adjudications yet. So plan on 3+ years and hope for less than that.
