How can I concurrently file I485, I765, and I131 while my i526 for EB-5 is still pending?

I am currently in the States on H1b status. My i-526 is pending with receipt date 12/10/2018. I am planning to file a mandamus complaint to get the case adjudicated. Can I concurrently file i485, i765, and i131 while my i526 is still pending? If yes, is there premium processing available for i765 and i131 based on pending i485?

You can concurrently file forms I-485, I-765, and I-131 while your I-526 for the EB-5 is still pending. However, there is no premium processing available for I-765 or for I-131 processing.

You are eligible to immediately file the concurrent I-485/I-765/I-131 but there is no premium option on the work and travel permits at this time.
