When can I legally add my spouse to my EB-5 petition?

Can I still add my spouse to my EB-5 case after I receive consulate interview notice but before the actual interview taking place? How should I let the authorities know?

I would add at NVC, send your marriage certificate and they will advise on paying her immigrant visa fee, submitting DS-260, uploading documents etc. and then hopefully you can interview together.

Yes, but it may delay your process. You should reach out to both the consulate post and NVC.

If you get married any time before getting your green card, your spouse can be added. Simply notify IPO or NVC or the consulate depending on what stage your case is at.
