Qiyin Chuah is the founder and principal of QC Immigration and has more than 10 years of experience in the U.K. immigration law industry. At her firm, she leads the U.K. immigration team in serving a diverse client base spanning the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe. She serves high net worth individual and corporate clients, as well as families seeking citizenship outside their country of origin.
Chuah came to the U.K. as a skilled migrant and fully understands the complicated circumstances and expectations of QC Immigration’s clients. She has experience defending businesses, children’s interests in divorce/separation cases, LGBT rights and women’s rights. She has also challenged Home Office (HO) refusals for her clients.
Chuah is registered with the OISC to cover all areas of UK immigration, including investor representation, the submission of applications and other forms, temporary and long-term residence permits and much more. She frequently mentors, trains and supervises other lawyers and firms. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree with Honors and her Master of Laws in international business law from the University of Manchester. She speaks fluent English, Malay and Mandarin.
