Negin Eskandary is the director and co-founder of GB Immigration. She has experience in UK business immigration matters and advising high net worth individuals in their investment immigration cases.
Eskandary offers advice and assistance on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas, as well as the business plans and other documentation needed for that application; sponsor licenses for UK businesses including preparing them for Home Office audits and inspections, as well as ensuring the businesses meet human resources requirements; British citizenship applications, the naturalization process and the registration of minors; and short term and long-term visit visas.
Eskandary earned her Bachelor of Laws degree in human rights and social justice at De Montfort University, subsequently earning her Master of Laws degree in international development, law and human rights at the University of Warwick. She is currently registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner at Level 1, meaning she is officially qualified to provide immigration advice and assistance.
