Anthony Consoli is a corporate and securities attorney, as well as a founding partner of Massumi + Consoli LLP (MCLLP). Prior to founding MCLLP, he practiced with the private equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles, where he represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Consoli practiced with the corporate and securities group of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C. in Newport Beach, where he represented middle-market companies and private equity funds.
MCLLP is a boutique law firm expert in structuring and negotiating complex transactions in the fields of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and finance. The firm’s clients include private funds and other financial institutions, high net worth investors and family offices along with their portfolio companies, as well as growing, established and/or acquisitive companies.
Mr. Consoli is also an adjunct professor of M&A Due Diligence at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
Mr. Consoli received the Regents Scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, summa cum laude. Mr. Consoli then received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship from UCLA School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Consoli is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
