Ruairidh Campbell is the president of Utah Invest Regional Center and has been advising early-stage businesses in the public and private sector for over 15 years. His responsibilities include investment banking and managerial duties, which entails working alongside attorneys, accountants, auditors, government regulators, business organizations and quasi-governing bodies responsible for services including public health. Before becoming president of the regional center, Campbell formed Orsa & Company in 2001. He also served as an officer and director of two public companies. Campbell received his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Texas at Austin.

Albert Tam is the vice president of investor relations for the regional center. He has experience with assisting overseas investors with their investment decisions regarding immigration related projects, promoting trade opportunities in technologies, international education options, and investment banking throughout his 30 year career. In 2003, he formed Interface Management Group, a firm focused on immigration investment and helping clients meet residency criteria in the United States, Europe and Canada. Tam graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in management information systems and accounting. He is also a member of the CMA, CA, CPA and AICPA.

Shawn Teigen is the vice president of operations of Utah Invest Regional Center. He has been providing consulting services to early-stage businesses for nearly 10 years. In addition to his work with the regional center, he is also an officer and director of a public project-management company with operations in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. He also serves on the board of directors for public-sector and non-profit organizations, including acting as chair of the Salt Lake housing trust fund advisory board. Previously, he spent two years as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Kazakhstan. Teigen graduated with a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Utah.
