About Guam Strategic Development Regional Center

Guam Strategic Development Regional Center (GSDRC) is an EB-5 Regional Center located on the island of Guam. GSDRC was established to identify and help manage business investment opportunities on Guam that qualify investors to obtain EB-5 visas in the United States. GSDRC received USCIS designation in August 2009 and its geographic scope is the U.S. Territory of Guam.

The regional center’s projects consist of investments in a variety of industries, including retail trade, hotels, restaurants, warehouse and distribution, office buildings, and mixed-use development buildings.

Guam Strategic Development Regional Center has a reputation of credibility and trust. The professionals at the regional center are committed to providing comprehensive services to their clients. They see each immigrant investor through the complete immigrant process, from when they first select an investment project to when they receive a permanent green card.

Daniel D. Swavely, a member of Guam Strategic Development LLC has lived on Guam for 40 years and has served as a property developer and land use planning consultant. He has served in various public service capacities, including chairman of the Waterworks Authority, chairman of the Guam Mass Transit Authority, and chief planner for both the Guam Department of Public works and Guam Bureau of Planning. Swavely received degrees at Pennsylvania State University and the University of Tennessee in regional planning and economic development.
