Green Detroit Regional Center (GDRC) is an EB-5 Regional Center that operates in Dunwoody, Ga. It earned its designation as an EB-5 Regional Center in August 2010 and is permitted to operate in Wayne, Livingston, St. Claire, Lapeer, Macomb, and other counties in the state of Michigan. GDRC is a limited liability company that is owned, controlled, and operated by the law firm of Ahn & Associates. It focuses on the industry of alternative energy in manufacturing, construction, paper mills manufacturing, converted paper products manufacturing, basic organic chemicals manufacturing, solid waste collection, paper manufacturing machinery, and other measuring and controlling devices.
