Along with speaking English, Maltese, and Italian, Worley is also an accredited member of the Maltese Chamber of Advocates and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP). He currently serves as legal director at Avanzia Taxand Ltd. He also lends his services to the Faculty of Law for the University of Malta.
In his spare time, Worley has served as both the chairman of the Board of Directors and the managing director of the company that owns the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra (the national orchestra of Malta). He has been known to act as a director and company secretary for several Maltese registered companies.
