John Shen is the founder of American Lending Center, LLC (formerly USEDLC), which integrates senior loan origination with EB-5 operations. He holds a master’s degree from Duke University and an undergraduate degree from Peking University Law School. Since its establishment in June 2009, ALC has sponsored over 80 EB-5 projects through secured senior loans, creating more than 12,000 full-time jobs in the U.S. Shen received the Coleman Report’s “SBA 504 Lender of the Year Award” in October 2017 and serves as an Economic Development Commissioner for Long Beach, where he co-founded the Long Beach Accelerator™ to support tech startups and promote foreign investments.
