Which countries in the Middle East make it difficult to transfer funds for EB-5 investment?

I am an EB-5 consultant interested in working with immigrant investors from the Middle East. However, I have heard that it is difficult to move funds out of certain countries. Are there restrictions on transferring funds from some Middle Eastern countries? Which countries in the Middle East make it difficult to transfer funds for EB-5 investment? How can an EB-5 investor get funds out of Middle Eastern countries that have money-transfer restrictions?

You may need to obtain an OFAC Determination/License depending on the country and bank from which you will be transferring money.

The only one I''m aware of is Iran. You need to get a clearance from the Department of the Treasury.
