No there is no such published list. This would contravene SEC regulations.

I am sorry, there is no such list. It is likely that its existence would violate the Regulation D and Regulation S exemptions relied upon by Companies raising money through EB-5 Offerings. The service providers listed here might be able to suggest projects that meet your needs.

A comprehensive list of all USCIS approved regional centers (251 currently) can be found at the following link: www.uscis.gov/eb-5centers. You will have to google the individual regional center names to check into them further. Another good general source of information is an industry association: www.iiusa.org

EB-5 projects are administered by Regional Centers. List of approved Regional Centers may be found at www.uscis .gov/eb-5centers. You will need to engage in due diligence in inquiring about specific Regional Centers and their projects open for EB-5 investment or have your immigration attorney inquire. There is no public list of EB-5 projects because they are securities offered by licensed brokers/dealers and are generally private offers.

There is no list of EB-5 projects. A list of USCIS Regional Centers is available on the USCIS website, to locate a project for investment you will need to contact Regional Centers to obtain information on their current open projects. It is also advisable that you conduct your own due diligence on both the Regional Center and the project itself prior to selecting and investing in any project for EB-5 purposes. The history and track record of a Regional Center and/or its principals can be an important factor in the success of your EB-5 petition.

There is a list of approved regional centers that some attorneys have if that is what you are asking. There is no such list for individual projects.

There is a comprehensive list of EB5 projects and regional centers on the USCIS website. The address is uscis.gov. There you will find a list of all of the approved regional centers and projects. However, you should consult with your immigration attorney to see which projects he/she has had experience working with. And which ones have resulted in green cards for their clients.

The approved list of regional centers is listed at www.uscis.gov. This list however does not list every EB 5 project available. You can get a better idea at international exhibitions or shows in the US and by searching and conducting due diligence from internet searches.

The USCIS maintains a list of approved regional centers at this site: www.uscis.gov/eb-5centers However, this list does not provide information about whether the regional center is active, has submitted any EB-5 petitions for investors, what its investment and exit strategy is, what its costs are, etc. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any site that provide this kind of information on regional centers.

You won''t find such a list. EB-5 investment projects are securities, and can only be offered by a federally licensed broker/dealer.

They are posted all over the internet. However, there is no way of knowing whether they are qualified or competent. You should probably talk to an immigration attorney before you move forward with an investment.
