What happens when you withdraw and reinvest between complying investments for the Premium Investor Visa?

I am reviewing investment options with my wealth manager in preparation for beginning an application for the Premium Investor Visa. What happens if I want to switch between complying investments at some point throughout the investment period?

I would advise strongly to consider appointing a licensed OMARA Migration representative to undertake the preparation and lodgement of a Premium Investor Visa.

If you comply with reinvest rules under the visa, your visa continues. Your wealth manager and your joint decision should be reviewed by the standing migration lawyer or agent to ensure that the initial investment and reinvestment meet the reinvest rules.

Each visa has its own subclass, so it is not possible to change the investment in the middle of your application.

Investors may opt out and in of different investments during the 12-month visa period, provided that the investment remains compliant throughout. The investment switch must occur within a period of 30 days or the visa holder may breach the conditions of their visa.
