Ashley Bayles

Ashley Bayles is one of the founders of GBS UK Immigration alongside Victoria Girsa and Joanne Sullivan. They have over 26 years of experience in United Kingdom immigration law, providing flexible, honest, reliable, fixed-fee immigration counsel. GBS UK Immigration is registered and fully regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner.

At GBS UK Immigration, Bayles and her colleagues are accredited at Level 3 – the highest level available – by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. Bayles can assist clients in matters ranging from simple immigration matters to complex appeals. Bayles and her colleagues are also all part of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.

Bayles completed a Bachelor of Science degree in criminology and criminal justice studies at the University of Portsmouth. She earned a graduate diploma in law/common professional examination at Bournemouth University and then her title as a licensed professional counselor at the University of Law. Bayles is also a “Level 2” accredited senior caseworker and supervisor under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme of the Law Society.
