About US Commercial Regional Center

U.S. Commercial Regional Center (USCRC) is an EB-5 Regional Center headquartered in El Monte, Calif. specializing in developing, leasing, and managing commercial properties. USCRC became USCIS-designated in October 2010. Its geographic scope covers Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego County in the state of California.

USCRC focuses on the industries of retail, restaurant, office, entertainment, hospitality, industrial, and mixed use development facilities.

The regional center offers stable investment opportunities and its managing members own Pacific Anchor Holdings, a professional real estate developer that has been active in Southern California since 1994. Pacific Anchor Holdings holds over 280 acres of land and their assets exceed $126 million dollars.

USCRC works with YK America and local governments to perform extensive analysis prior to starting any project to ensure its feasibility. Business plans for USCRC projects are also reviewed and approved by USCIS to receive immigrant investment. The regional center partners with national retail tenants and chooses locations with high growth potential for projects. This allows USCRC to offer stable investment opportunities for potential immigrant investors.

U.S. Commercial Regional Center develops, leases and manages shopping centers. The management team at the Pomona Ranch Business Center has developed an extensive network and experience with national franchises and quality local and regional retail sales and service providers. EB-5 investors have the option to become a landlord for national franchise tenants, providing the investor with the security of knowing that their investment will be secure and create jobs.

YK America projects for USCRC are funded by several sources, including domestic investor capital, bank loans, and government assistance. EB-5 investment funds are mainly used for the building construction.
