Palm Beach Regional Center (PBRC) serves nine counties that include Miami/Dade, Broward, Martin, Port St. Lucie, Indian River, Hendry, Okeechobee, Charlotte and Palm Beach, the largest county southeast of the Mississippi River. Louis Haddad, managing member of PBRC, is a senior executive and labor-management relations professional with a wealth of international trade consulting experience. His extensive experience in the public and private sectors included leading school districts and hospitals. He brings to PBRC key strengths in the areas of organizational and business development, and application of collaborative processes to provide solutions, improve operations and reduce costs.

Haddad graduated from the University of Connecticut with an Master of Arts in secondary education in 1973, holds post-master degree credits culminating in administrative certification, and has completed management training at Yale University. He received his Bachelor of Science in English and education from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1970.

Alfred Zucaro, co-managing member, founded the World Trade Center Association Palm Beach, Inc. Zucaro has been an attorney for over 25 years, specializing in immigration and nationality law and international transactional matters, as well as serving as an elected official in the city of West Palm Beach, Fla. He has served as an adjunct professor on immigration law at Palm Beach Community College. Zucaro graduated from Fordham University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He received his Juris Doctor in 2006 from Nova University School of Law.
