FirstPathway Partners, LLC operates three USCIS-designated EB-5 regional centers located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Southern California.

Active as a USCIS-designated EB-5 regional center since May 2007, the Wisconsin EB5 Regional Center has an approved geographic zone that includes the counties of Walworth, Waukesh, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Washington, and Milwaukee in the state of Wisconsin. This FirstPathway Partners regional center provides investment opportunities in the industries of manufacturing, printing and printing support, wholesale trade and distribution, hospitality, educational services, health services and medical technology, educational services, and financial activities and business process services.

USCIS-designated since June 2011, the Southern California Regional Center is approved to operate in the California counties of Imperial, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino. It provides opportunities for investment in accommodations, food service, manufacturing, retail trade, construction, and professional, scientific and technical services.

The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce Regional Center was designated as an EB-5 regional center by USCIS in August 2013 and has an approved geographic scope of the entire state of Wisconsin. The regional center provides investment opportunities in the industries of waste treatment and disposal.

FirstPathway Partners has a highly successful track record in the EB-5 industry, having obtained I-829 approval on three projects. With more than $120 million raised for job-creation enterprises since 2008, FirstPathway Partners has completed eight projects in total, all with I-526-approval.

The chairman, president, and chief executive officer of FirstPathway Partners is Bob Kraft, who has international experience at the executive and board levels since 1973. A board member of Association to Invest in USA, Kraft also holds a position as co-chair of the China Council, along with the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce World Trade Association. Kraft is the founder of nine companies and has acted as moderator of the Annual Wisconsin International Trade Conference China Session (2009-2013). Kraft graduated from John Carroll University with his bachelor’s degree in business administration.

As the chief operating officer for FirstPathway Partners, Daniel J. Wycklendt handles the company’s financial and capital planning, along with its corporate vision. Wycklendt has managed the funding of more than $100 million in projects around the United States which created thousands of jobs. Until he was honorably discharged in 2005, Wycklendt was also a member of the United States Marine Corps for six years, where he participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Wycklendt received his bachelor’s degree in finance with a focus on real estate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
