Its geographic scope consists of 23 counties in western Pennsylvania, with approval to operate in industries such as commercial and institutional building construction.

The CanAm Los Angeles Regional Center has maintained USCIS approval since March 2008, with its industry designations including motion picture and television, and its geographic scope comprised of the entire county of Los Angeles. Originally designated in October of 1995 and re-affirmed in October of 2008, CanAm’s fourth regional center, the Hawaii Regional Center’s geographic scope includes the entirety of the state of Hawaii and its industry designations include, in part, commercial and institutional building construction.

The New York Metropolitan Regional Center has had USCIS approval since August 2013, with its industry scope including other heavy and civil engineering construction, and port and harbor operations. The CanAm Florida Regional Center was designated in December of 2014 to operate throughout the entire state of Florida, with an industry focus on infrastructure-related projects.

CanAm Enterprises possesses more than 30 years of experience in administering and promoting both government and private immigration-related investment funds. After a successful start concentrating on Canada’s then-newly-created Business Immigrant Investment Program, the company changed its focus to the United States’ EB-5 program in 2002. CanAm’s mission is to provide comprehensive services to investors in order that their investment and immigration goals can be achieved in a timely and seamless manner.

Tom Rosenfeld founded CanAm in 1987 and he serves as the company’s president and CEO. He is a certified public accountant and an attorney. After beginning his career at Price Waterhouse, where he had oversight of audits and income tax for major clients, Mr. Rosenfeld went on to join a New York real estate firm as a partner. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor, both from Temple University.
