The AAA Florida Senior Living Regional Center has been designated by USCIS to operate as an EB-5 regional center since April 2014. The regional center has an approved geographic area of the counties of Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas in the state of Florida, and is authorized to operate in the industry categories of home health care services, architectural services, engineering services, continuing care retirement communities, and commercial and institutional building construction.

The AAA Florida Senior Living Regional Center is focused on helping qualified foreign investors immigrate through the EB-5 program, and at the same time, bringing enhancements to local economies via quality real estate development and American job creation. Throughout the process, the regional center is committed to providing the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Joseph P. Grace is the managing partner of the AAA Florida Senior Living Regional Center. He brings over twenty years of experience in the senior housing industry to his management role, having worked on the business planning, construction, design, and development aspects of more than 800 Florida-based assisted living units. Mr. Grace began his career in 1995 at an assisted living facility management company, Sterling Senior Services, and went on to play key roles in the success of companies such as Autumn Care Management and Heron House Management, before branching off into the area of EB-5 investments.

Lynn Anderson, a principal of the AAA Florida Senior Living Regional Center, is also the founder of Better Senior Living Consulting. Since 1983, she has been working in the Florida health care industry, with an emphasis on matters related to assisted living facilities. She has occupied a number of positions throughout her career, including CFO, controller, executive director, administrator, and regional director, and she currently owns and operates eight assisted living facilities in Florida. Ms. Anderson graduated from Michigan State University with her Bachelor’s Degree and from Nova University with her M.B.A.
