Attorney Xiao has represented clients before U.S. Customs, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Committee and various other federal government agencies. She also frequently advises domestic and foreign investors on their investments and ensures that they do not violate any federal laws and regulations.

Attorney Xiao received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 1991. Prior to that, she graduated from Xian Foreign Languages Institute with a bachelor’s degree. Attorney Xiao is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
