Before his legal work, Rosenstadt was a clerk of the Honorable James L. Garrity a year after he completed his Juris Doctorate. In 1997, he became the managing director of the American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC), a private equity firm, where he was responsible for various company transactions, including preparations of various documents and requirements, meeting co-investors, accountants, lawyers, and structuring.
Rosenstadt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990 from Syracuse University. He then completed his Juris Doctorate in 1995 at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. After graduating from law school, he was admitted to the State Bar Association of Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.
