Victoria Duong is an EB-5 immigration attorney located in California. She is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in immigration and nationality law. Attorney Duong has been practicing exclusively in the field of immigration law since 1996.

Attorney Duong graduated cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science. She then went on to earn her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
