Attorney Kagami attended the University of California, Berkeley, and completed his Bachelor of Arts in political economy of industrial society. He completed his Juris Doctor degree at the Loyola Law School, located in Los Angeles. He is a member of the California State Bar, the Japanese American Bar Association, and the Los Angeles Bar Association. Attorney Kagami speaks both English and Japanese fluently.
