Shiyong Reid Ye is an EB-5 immigration attorney and one of the co-founders of Reid & Wise, LLC, a law firm based in New York City. Attorney Ye’s practice has an emphasis in the area of U.S. immigration law, capital markets, cross-border litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Supplemental to his immigration work, he has several years of experience handling cases involving international trade, environmental and energy, securities litigation, taxes, and China-related practices.
