Attorney Binshteyn completed her Bachelor of Arts in political science and Spanish, graduating magna cum laude at Hunter College in 2008. She then completed her Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in international law at the Hofstra University School of Law in 2011. As a law student, attorney Binshteyn was a recipient of the Merit Scholarship, and was given the Public Service Award.
