Attorney Gardner graduated with honors from the University of Sussex, in England, with a bachelor’s degree in law. He then went on to complete his graduate studies at Northrop University, California (which is now the University of West Los Angeles) and received his master’s degree in taxation in 1980. Subsequently, he also taught at Northrop University as an adjunct professor of international taxation.
Attorney Gardner has also written multiple articles that have been published in a variety of publications. He authored “IRS, INS and Foreign Entertainer,” which was featured in Hastings Law Review. He has also been invited to speak on immigration practice and law.
