Attorney Resnick has over 40 years of experience practicing law and has focused his practice on tax controversies, tax/business planning and business transactions. He was previously an instructor in the Certified Financial Planning Certificate Program at UC Irvine, an associate professor at California State University Long Beach, and an instructor at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
