About Erin Osborne
Erin Osborne is the founding partner at EB5 Management Solutions. Osborne and her team have managed business process outsourcing for General Partners across a variety of EB-5 projects and industries in the United States. She has also served as the compliance manager for one of the largest regional center ownership entities in the country.
Osborne has also served as co-founder and managing partner for EB5 Economist. Her team has compiled more than 100 EB-5 economic reports for various EB-5 projects and regional centers across the United States. Osborne earned her degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Before working in the EB-5 industry, Osborne worked as an economic and financial analyst, as well as a derivative securities professional at several top financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Osborne’s finance background includes experience across business due diligence, competitive analyses, strategic planning, high net worth investment management, as well as sales and trading.
During her time at Bank of America in New York, she headed the structuring, trading, marketing and execution of over $12 billion in annual investment volume for derivative investment products. Her team was responsible for product creation and investment analysis on a global scale.
As part of her direct FINRA and SEC reporting and compliance responsibilities at Bank of America, Osborne successfully obtained her Series 7, Series 66, Series 79 and Series 24 FINRA licenses.
