Ermioni Pavlidou works as an associate legal attorney and advocate at S.P.F. Nominees, specializing in cases involving immigration, intellectual and immovable property matters and corporate finance, as well as dispute resolution and arbitration. Pavlidou has earned the honor of being named a recommended lawyer for Intellectual Property by the Legal500 EMEA 2016. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Pavlidou is part of a specialized team who advises clients in various immigration and relocation matters, specializing in the citizenship-by-investment and permanent residency programs in Cyprus, as well as cases vying for other visas and permits available for nationals located outside the European Union. She also represents domestic and international clients in obtaining and enforcing IP rights in Cyprus and abroad. She frequently advises clients on various other corporate, financial and legal matters, as well.
Pavlidou’s areas of expertise include international investor representation, long-term residence and immigration permits and temporary residence permits. She earned her Bachelor of Law degree from the University Central Lancashire and a Master of Law degree in criminal litigation from City, University of London. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2011 and remains an active, licensed member to this day. She is fluent English, Greek and French.
