About Michael Schoenfeld
Michael Schoenfeld is a managing partner of EB5 Affiliate Network, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. EB5 Affiliate Network focuses on the creation of new EB-5 regional centers and on project documentation for I-526/I-924 exemplar EB-5 projects. Mr. Schoenfeld has completed more than 200 EB-5 project business plans and over 200 economic impact job reports. He has also set up new EB-5 regional centers and overseen the creation of complete sets of EB-5 project documents. He has created 15 USCIS-approved EB-5 regional centers that EB5 Affiliate Network owns and operates today, which have coverage of 21 full U.S. states.
At EB5 Affiliate Network, Mr. Schoenfeld leads a team with experience in structuring typical business transactions, along with EB-5 regional center projects. Their expertise includes transactions across various industries from legal, financing, and business perspectives. The EB5 Affiliate Network team has experience in creating Matter of Ho-compliant business plans, including financial models and marketing materials.
Mr. Schoenfeld is skilled in the areas of business diligence, entrepreneurship, private equity investment, and management consulting. Before joining EB5 Affiliate Network, he was a member of the AEA investors team, with $6 billion under management. In this capacity, he was responsible for conducting control-oriented investments in business services, consumer goods, and industrial goods companies. His track record includes the $2 billion leverage buyout of 24 Hour Fitness, and a minority investment in Brand Networks.
Prior to this, Mr. Schoenfeld worked for the Boston Consulting Group, a business strategy and management consulting firm. In this role, he worked with Fortune 500 Companies in industries such as information technology, real estate spaces, financial services, and industrial goods. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
