MasterPlans, founded in 2002 in Portland, Ore., develops professional business plans for existing businesses and startup companies seeking immigration visas, investment (venture capital and angel), and loans. To date, MasterPlans has composed nearly 15,000 business plans, increasingly focusing on EB-5, E-2, and L-1A business plans since 2009. Already MasterPlans has completed approximately 125 EB-5-compliant business plans. The goal of MasterPlans is to improve the climate of the economy by helping entrepreneurs to create wealth for themselves and others.
The custom business plans MasterPlans creates for U.S. investment visas include petitions for EB-5 direct investments, both for $500,000 investments in Targeted Employment Areas and $1 million-plus investments, along with business plans for EB-5 regional center projects. In addition to writing proposals for the expansion of existing regional centers, MasterPlans composes comprehensive proposals for the launch of new regional centers. Every plan is guaranteed to meet the USCIS criteria for submission, and all of the plans are compliant with Matter of Ho. MasterPlans performs all financial modeling and market research in-house, and offers services in Spanish.
Bryan Howe, president and chief executive officer of MasterPlans, started the company as a sole proprietorship in 2002 and developed the team plan model in 2004.
