Ellen Choe is the president of Elite Visa Plans. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California. Ms. Choe has experience in the areas of marketing, management, and directing operations. She founded and grew her own event services business, serving as the manager, coordinator, and owner. She was previously the Overseas Korean Traders Association Los Angeles’ vice president, and an ambassador for the association to the Overseas Korean Traders Association Korea.
The Elite Visa Plans team also includes financial specialist Kyungmin Chang. With eight years of corporate experience, he oversees competitive analysis, market analysis, and financials. He also leads market feasibility studies and writes business plans for clients. Before he began working in the EB-5 sector, Mr. Chang served as the strategy marketing director for Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as a financial analyst for Ford Motor Company and as a consultant for multi-million dollar automotive stores. Mr. Chang earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and also graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics.
Meehae Cho joined Elite Visa Plans in 2013 and currently serves as the company’s director of operations. Her work experience includes restaurant management, analysis of large scale development plans, and more. Ms. Cho graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and volunteers regularly in countries such as Thailand.
