The Association to Invest in USA (IIUSA) will be moderating a panel on EB-5 related issues.

November 15 | The EB-5 Summit for Attorneys and Developers | Houston
This ILW.com event is a CLE workshop that will feature panels of experts and EB-5 professionals to discuss EB-5 issues from multiple perspectives. The summit will feature a variety of speakers, including EB5Investors.com community members Christian Triantaphyllis and Catharine Yen. Developers, regional center executives, and immigration attorneys can all look forward to workshops and panels on issues such as corporate and security law, advising on chosing a project, I-924 petitions, and much more.
November 12 | National EB-5 Financing Seminar Tour | Chicago
This seminar features Greenberg Traurig attorneys (and members of the EB5Investors.com and EB5 Investors Magazine family) Steven Anapoell, Kate Kalmykov and Laura Reiff discussing the EB-5 program. They will focus particularly on alternative financing methods for projects, while outlining the general criteria of the program.
November 12 | EB-5 Bridge Financing & Escrow Options
The second of four in IIUSA’s fall webinar series, this webinar engages an expert panel to discuss financing options available to EB-5 projects. Panelists are TBD, check the event page for updates.
October 31-November 1 | SelectUSA 2013 Investment Summit | Washington, D.C.
The first-ever SelectUSA 2013 Investment Summit will be hosted by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration in Washington, D.C. on October 31-November 1. The conference will be attended by domestic and international investors, government representatives, business leaders and industry experts. The event will be an excellent networking opportunity and will feature panels, break-out sessions, information about investment resources, and exhibits from economic development organizations.
October 29 | Tools for EB-5 Due Diligence
The first of four in IIUSA’s fall webinar series, Tools for EB-5 Due Diligence features a panel of experts to discuss best practices in the EB-5 Regional Center industry. Topics covered include immigration and financial due diligence. Join K. David Andersson, Frank J. Franiak, John Bintz, and Peter D. Joseph to expand your EB-5 toolbox.
October 22 | EB-5 Visa Quota and Retrogression Web Seminar
This AILA Agora webseminar will take place on October 22 from 2pm-3:30pm. This panel will explore what the heavy demand from Chinese investors for the EB-5 visa means for a possible retrogression in the EB-5 visa quota. Panelists include EB5 Investors Magazine Top 25 Attorney Robert C. Divine, and EB5Investors.com community member Chun Yun (Elizabeth) Peng, and Michele A. Buchanan.
October 11-18 | U.S.-China Investment Week | Dallas
Over 300 participants are expected to attend this event that seeks to open a dialogue on the best use of Chinese foreign direct investment in the United States. The conference will give investors and professionals the opportunity to explore various investment sectors. A gala dinner on October 13 will host former President George W. Bush as its guest of honor.
