Ali Jahangiri began his professional career as a securities attorney for Stradling, Yocca, Carlson and Rauth. His political involvements include founder and board member of Gen Next (Gen-Next.org), an appointment by Governor Schwarzenegger to the State of California’s Law Revision Commission in 2009, as well as an appointment by Governor Schwarzenegger to the Orange County Fair Board in 2010 (OCFair.com), where he serves as the chair of the financial auditing committee. He has worked professionally in the internet industry for the past decade, pioneering and growing multiple interactive portals which serve a subscriber base of over ten thousand users and millions of consumer visitors throughout the United States. He has founded multiple digital media websites, which currently comprise the health care segment of Internet Brands (Nasdaq: INET) and the more recent legal venture, LawQA.com, which was acquired by Total Attorneys in 2011. Mr. Jahangiri currently focuses on the EB-5 industry—his passion for the immigrant investor visa program along with other immigration-related issues is evident in his EB5 Investors Magazine and EB5Investors.com projects.
